FAQs

How do I know if I've won a prize?

All prize winners will be notified by email or post. We will ask each winner to confirm the address we hold is correct. The prize will then be posted to the winner.

Do people actually win when they enter competitions?

Yes they do! All winners are listed on the winners pages which can be found at the bottom of the left menu bar on the homepage. Our winners page shows all the winners over the past few months entering in all the various competitions that we have on 321Prize.com.

When are prizes drawn?

Prizes are drawn regularly. Each prize closing date can be found on the terms and conditions link on each prize description page.

How do I claim a prize?

If you have not received an email from us or notification in the post but you are listed as a winner on the winners page please email: info@321prize.com with your contact details, including your phone number and we will get in touch with you to organise sending your prize.

What happens to my personal data when I register?

We may process your personal data ourselves or through data processors who will process data on our behalf.

We will only use your personal data: fairly and lawfully; as set out in our privacy policy and terms and conditions; to the extent necessary for these purposes.

The personal data which we will use includes your name, email address and other supplied information and whether you have consented to be contacted by specified organisations.

Your personal data is not used unless it is accurate and up to date and we will not keep it for longer than necessary.

We will pass your personal data to the specified organisations to which you have consented and we and they may contact you to discuss selling you further goods and services. Neither we nor they will pass your personal data on to other third parties without your consent.

Do you have to be based in the UK to enter a competition?

Yes, competitions are only open to UK residents.

I can't log-in, what do I do?

First of all double check you are logging in using the same email address that you originally registered with. Also check that the password is correct. If you are still experiencing problems please email: info@321prize.com with details of the problems you are experiencing and we will be in touch as soon possible.

I've forgotten my password, what do I do?

If you have forgotten your password please click on the 'forgotten password' link on the log in section on the home page. Please enter your email address in the pop up box and click submit. Your password will then be sent to you by email.

How do I change my personal details?

Changing your details is easy. Simply enter your email address and password on the home page under the log-in section. Then, change the details as required and click the 'update button'. That's it, all done!

How do I unsubscribe from 321Prize.com?

To unsubscribe from future 321Prize.com detailing the great new prizes on offer please log in to your account using your email address and password. Then click on the 'personal information' link from the 'my account' box. This will detail all the personal information we hold, there are 3 ticks boxes at the bottom of this page. Simply uncheck the relevant boxes to unsubscribe.

321Prize Terms and Conditions

Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK except for employees of 321Works Ltd (owners of 321Prize.com) and connected companies.
All competitions either have a closing date or provide a set number of prizes a month.
All competitions on 321Prize are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site, or where competitions are phone based, the standard cost of the phone call or SMS message.
Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within one week of the closing date of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify 321Prize of any change in address.
Prizes may be offered by 321Prize or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other web sites and other advertising media. 321prize, and its associated sites, makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However, where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, 321Prize will not provide the prize itself.
Unless otherwise stated, 321Prize reserves the right to substitute a cash amount for the chosen prize or a substantially equivalent value. This is at 321Prize’s discretion. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
On registering with 321Prize and when entering any competition, each applicant agrees to receive information containing, but not limited to, market research and advertising from 3rd parties via e-mail, SMS, telephone, postal and other channels that are appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of 321Prize, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive marketing and other communication from 321Prize, its customers, sponsors and other organisations that can provide relevant offers. 321Prize will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others.
Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the web site as title, surname and area e.g. Mr White from London. Winners will be deemed to give 321Prize a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions.
Competitions may be subject to additional rules. If so, these additional rules will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the relevant competition entry page.
Registration for 321Prize is also subject to our privacy policy.
