Timeshare Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Winners will be contacted by email, telephone or mail within 28 days of the draw taking place.
One prize winner will be drawn each day until the last day of this current month. All entries received by midnight will be included in the random draw which will take place the following working day. If you enter on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, 3 or 4 prize-winners will be drawn respectively at random the next working day to ensure that a minimum of one winner has been drawn for each day of the month.
Winners of each prize will be able to request one week’s self-catering accommodation each year in a one bedroom cottage, villa or apartment (sleep up to four people) subject to availability in any green band period at any Seasons directly owned or affiliated resort in the UK and around the world. Dates are available throughout the year but vary from resort to resort.
Winning any prize will exclude participants from winning or being eligible for any other prizes offered by Seasons.
Annual management fees are not included. In 2008 the fees per week of membership are £367 including all utility charges and booking fees. The annual fees will generally increase by no more than inflation, which provides our members with reassurance that they are not going to face large unjustified increases each year.
Membership of the Club can be surrendered at any time without penalty or continued until the year 2069 upon payment of the annual management charge.
New members are able to request any date at any resort owned and operated by Seasons Holidays plc subject to availability up to 12 months in advance of travel during their first year of membership. In future years, dates will be available within green band periods throughout the year.
Winners will be entitled to resell, rent out or will their holiday club membership, provided they have personally taken at least one seven night holiday at a Seasons Member Resort and been registered as Members for at least 12 months or more.
There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes offered. These prizes are being given away to promote Seasons Holidays plc.

Only one entry per UK household will be accepted by Seasons in any one calendar year, by homeowner participants, one of whom must be between the ages of 30 and 70, in full time employment or in receipt of private pension.
This offer and prize draw is not open to existing clients and Members of Seasons Holidays plc, nor employees of DMRI, agents or anyone associated with this offer and prize draw, nor any participant who already owns timeshare at any resort. 321Prize Terms and Conditions

Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK except for employees of 321Works Ltd (owners of 321Prize.com) and connected companies.
All competitions either have a closing date or provide a set number of prizes a month.
All competitions on 321Prize are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site, or where competitions are phone based, the standard cost of the phone call or SMS message.
Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within one week of the closing date of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. Should the e-mail bounce, an attempt to contact the winner will also be made by phone. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify 321Prize of any change in address.
Prizes may be offered by 321Prize or by other companies and these prizes may appear across other web sites and other advertising media. 321prize, and its associated sites, makes all efforts to ensure that only bona fide prizes are offered. However, where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, 321Prize will not provide the prize itself.
Unless otherwise stated, 321Prize reserves the right to substitute a cash amount for the chosen prize or a substantially equivalent value. This is at 321Prize’s discretion. Otherwise prizes are as stated.
On registering with 321Prize and when entering any competition, each applicant agrees to receive information containing, but not limited to, market research and advertising from 3rd parties via e-mail, SMS, telephone, postal and other channels that are appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of 321Prize, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive marketing and other communication from 321Prize, its customers, sponsors and other organisations that can provide relevant offers. 321Prize will also use your information to facilitate communication between yourself and others.
Winners of the competitions will be displayed on the web site as title, surname and area e.g. Mr White from London. Winners will be deemed to give 321Prize a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions.
Competitions may be subject to additional rules. If so, these additional rules will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the relevant competition entry page.
Registration for 321Prize is also subject to our privacy policy.
